The Founder

Jean-Marie Bermer

 Certified expert in sports nutrition, certified nutritionist, certified coach, certified ngb master instructor in sports and physio, certified competition trainer (all sports), In-Body certified health consultant. He will pass on to you his experience of the high level, he will put at your disposal all his professional qualities and all his knowledge in food supplements, nutritions, health, vitality and well-being, as well as physical exercises that will correspond to you.

As the owner of J-M.B's luxury Power-Food's® and former president of the NAC Luxembourg federation and international NAC judge (since 2005), founder of the J-M.B® OPEN International from 2015-2019 and renowned national and international athlete, Jean-Marie Bermer has been active in the field for more than 35 years to satisfy you with his knowledge. His experience acquired over the past 35 years will serve as a basis for advising you on successful nutrition and preparation, as well as for all his clients, and the same goes for the preparation of all his athletes in competition.



Swiss Representative 

Frédérick Smet (Fred) 

Owner of RedSpear Powerlifting, a powerlifting and strength training club located in Gland, Switzerland. Certified by the Administration de l'Éducation Physique et des Sports et de la Vie en Plein Air, the Royal Military School of Physical Education, a bodybuilding competitor, as well as CrossFit and Powerlifting athletes, Fred has acquired serious experience.

Playing team sports and fitness since the age of 11 (hiding with his grandfather's dumbbells while watching Rocky) has allowed him to reach the national level in Volleyball and the international level in bodybuilding.

 Vice-champion of Belgium, Top 10 at Mr Universe, International Grand Prix, Winner of the Panatta Cup,... always in the heavy weight category!

 As he approaches 50 years of age, the sound of the cast iron plates, the absolute effort and the feeling of fullness during and after the effort still thrill Fred. Wanting to share this, he created RedSpear Powerlifting and gave his club an authentic soul. Training in the purest style of athletic strength, striving for aesthetic balance and health combined with the pleasure of exchanging a joke during training.

Fred, a long time friend of Jean-Marie Bermer is proud to represent the JMB Powerfood's brand in Switzerland. It is with a knowledge of Pro and a warm welcome that he would advise you on the range at his store which is located in Gland, the very place of his Powerlifting club.
