A healthy and balanced nutrition remains the foundation of any training. We are professional nutritionists, we guide you in the achievement of each of your goals. We offer nutritional plans adapted for all athletes and non-athletes alike, and also for people with health problems or eating disorders.
Our nutritional plans are built to meet your personal expectations, they can be controlled by an adapted diet, a sport type diet but also for sedentary people who decide only to take care of their diet. All of this can also be done at your convenience... accompanied by our food supplements. Each client receives an individual diet plan, which will help him/her to achieve his/her goals. At the beginning of each consultation, we always analyze the eating habits of each client, who will have to make a list of all the foods and drinks consumed during a week. These will then be evaluated and combined with your sports activities. An anamnesis plan is also very important to know what diseases or allergies the client may suffer from, we will also take into account the possible medication of the person. We also respect the client's tastes in order to create a pleasant combination of foods to be consumed.
Before each dietary consultation, we start with a check-up. During the check-up, we will analyze and develop a report that will take into account the following results: body fat level, weight, physique, etc. This process will be repeated several times during your diet plan in order to improve your results and better support you during your diet.

Preparation for a competition


We always support our athletes (of all sports) during their preparation phase. Know that by combining your trainings with a dietary consultation, our services can be considerably optimized.
