Mix 1 scoop (about 30 g) with 300 ml of water or skim milk several times a day and drink this 2-3 times a day. It can accompany a diet or replace a meal (morning, noon or evening). On sports days, preferably in the morning as a supplement to a meal or as a single breakfast, then 60 minutes before and immediately after training. On days off, consume in the morning and afternoon as a snack and ideally in the evening before bedtime.
